Assembly & Build Options
The “In a Box” option is delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging and arrives unassembled. Professional assembly will be required prior to riding, including proper installation, torque verification, and safety inspection of all components.
This option does not include assembly services, safety inspection, tuning, or ongoing service support from our retail location. All warranty claims, technical support, and product-related concerns must be handled directly with Velotric through the manufacturer’s official support channels.
The “Ready to Ride” option includes full professional assembly by our certified technicians. Each bike is carefully built, safety-checked, tuned, and test-ridden to ensure optimal performance and reliability before pickup.
Your eBike will be fully prepared for immediate riding from our retail location — no setup required. In the event of a manufacturer-covered warranty issue, our service team will coordinate directly with Velotric on your behalf, including parts processing and warranty facilitation.
